About Me

Design in service of experiences that matter.

Creativity and rigor in equal measure.

Alignments over compliance.

Narratives that connect.

People first, always.

Hello, my name is Jackie, and these are the common threads I tend to pursue in everything I do.

I have purposely built a diverse body of work, which has helped me to stay agile, hone my design process and distill these commonalities. It also means that I have become comfortable with diving into pretty much anything and figuring things out in order to #gsd.

An architect by training, I am passionate about designing experiences, narratives and frameworks that put people first. I spend a lot of time thinking about the ways our digital and physical worlds intersect and the role that humans play in emerging technology.

You can find a collection of books, articles, posts and podcasts I often find myself recommending to others here.
